Dr. Tiffany A. Stewart, Ph.D., LPC is a highly regarded therapist and counselor in the state of Texas with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in helping clients navigate and overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional distress, guiding them toward a more balanced and fulfilling life, even in the face of lifes difficulties.
Dr. Stewart works with both individuals and couples, facilitating emotional healing and fostering life balance. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transitions, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, and eating disorders. She has also been featured as a therapist on two episodes of My 600 lb Life.
Utilizing a client-centered, non-judgmental approach, Dr. Stewart empowers her clients to recognize their strengths and capabilities. Through this collaborative process, clients work to overcome interpersonal challenges, improve mental health, and enhance overall well-being. Dr. Stewart earned her B.A. in Psychology from Southern University at New Orleans, her M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Akron. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Stewart is a tenured professor of counseling at Midwestern State University.
